Oh, great emperor, chosen by the wise prince-electors guided by the holy spirit, shall your rule be eternal! he Holy Roman Empire was a multi-ethnic complex of territories in central Europe that developed during the Early Middle Ages and continued until its dissolution in 1806. The largest territory of the empire after 962 was the Kingdom of Germany, though it also came to include the Kingdom of Bohemia, the Kingdom of Burgundy, the Kingdom of Italy, and numerous other territories.

Great Emperor, the German people look to you to lead them to the glory of Rome. Shall you make this legacy your own? Will you become a first among equals and make your enemies tremble in fear before the Empire? Can you build a civilization that will stand the test of time?

Art by LastSword Unique Unit (Medieval) Leader elected in Medieval Era comes with its own unique unit replacement. Any trained or upgraded into unit of the same class is gonna be replaced by unique one. Can be any Medieval era UU from any Civilization. Have a chance to get the HRE special medieval UU(see the chart below), but not always.
Art by LastSword Unique Unit (Renaissance) Leader elected in Renaissance Era comes with its own unique unit replacement. Any trained or upgraded into unit of the same class is gonna be replaced by unique one. Can be any Renaissance era UU from any Civilization. Have a chance to get the HRE special renaissance UU(see the chart below), but not always.
