Suzerainty is a mod that ports Civ 6's Suzerain bonus over to Civ 5 as Ally Bonuses: an extra unique bonus that a player can receive when allied to a City-State. Additionally this mod aims to make City-States feel alive and distinct: diplomacy text is greatly expanded beyond the few vanilla lines.
